  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover and at what rate?
  • Does my insurance company require an authorization?
  • Is the clinician/ provider covered under my insurance?

Rates

$100 Intake Session (per 60 minute session)
$80-150 Following Sessions (per 50-60 minute session and based on provider)

Reduced Fee/ Sliding Scale

Sliding Scale services are for those that lack insurance or have insurance and may choose not to file their insurance due to the lack of benefit coverage.  You may call the office and speak with our administrative staff to inquire about sliding scale services. You will need to complete a form reporting your income, dependents, and it considers special expenses as well. Sliding Scale services may offer a significant reduction in fees.

Insurance / Billing

We are providers that accept many various types of insurance policies. Additionally, we accept Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) plans as well for payment. Some policies cover services at 100%, while others may have a co-insurance/co-pay requirement, similar to what you might pay at your doctor’s appointments. For those struggling or lacking insurance, we have a sliding scale available. You may inquire about reduced fees on sessions.

Our IOP program only has certain limited portions covered by insurance at this moment. Please ask about our out-of-pocket options.
